I love the shows they present, the recipes are amazing and they really tempt you to try them. Whether you have bakery skills or you are just a novice in the kitchen, you can try some of these recipes. And if the result it is not so good as in the video, then its fine, you can buy your wedding cake.

What I like about this recipe is that it is easy to make it doesn't take too much time just 55 minutes and its delicious because of the spices. So lets start.
Ingredients that you will need for the hot chocolate buttercream: 500 milliliters egg whites, 800 grams granulated sugar, 900 grams unsalted butter, room temperature, 250 grams white chocolate, melted and cooled, 250 grams dark chocolate, melted and cooled, 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, 2 teaspoons sweet ancho chile pepper, 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
For the cinnamon vanilla cake you will need: 2 sticks butter, 2 cups sugar, 4 large eggs, 3 cups sifted all-purpose flour, 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder, 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 cup whole milk, 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
